Form fields ¶

Information marked with * is mandatory for project creation in TYPO3

• Project lead* pre-filled according to the project application. This can be changed.
• Deputy pre-filled according to the project application. This can be changed.
• Web manager: who is responsible for the web maintenance of this project?
  This person will be informed after the project has been created in TYPO3.
• Project duration*: Project start and project end* are pre-filled according to the project application. This can be adjusted (also later in the website).

Further fields in the non-research project form:

• Language*: The language of the Projects is selected in the project application. Further languages can be added in TYPO3.

Enter the corresponding information in the desired languages.

• Project title*: Title of the project page and teaser

• Teaser title does not have to be filled in (will be adjusted in the form)

• Teaser text* no longer than 250 characters appears in the project search

• Short description* / project description*

• Keywords do not have to be filled in (will be adjusted in the form)

• internal and external project staff; for external staff , enter their name and a link to their contact details

• Cooperation partner
• Financing
  new cooperation partners/financiers can be created via webhelpdesk.
• Categories* Under which topics should the Projects be displayed?
• Upload image (=teaser image)* in a suitable size. You must have the copyright to this image in order to publish it.
