Responsibilities

This web manual is a guide for creating and maintaining WSL's web presences.

Many people are involved in the creation and maintenance of WSL's online presences:

All staff members may manage personal homepages and research projects themselves. The RU web editors publish content for their RU and/or support the researchers in doing so. They are also responsible for selected thematic detail pages.

1. If you have any questions, please contact your RU editors first.
2. Depending on the question and the topic, they will be supported by the web content managers from the Communication support unit.
3. If there are still unanswered questions, please send requests by email to webhelpdesk@wsl.ch. A ticket will be created automatically.
4. The online team provide support on specific questions and are responsible for the main web content.
