Manage personal homepage

Click on the bookmark star in the top right corner of your browser window and select Personal Homepage.

• Your portrait picture has been migrated from the previous system version, but you may need to activate it (red box in the screenshot below).
• If the picture ist not already there, please upload a new picture (Bild hinzufügen). Our internal photo studio will gladly take a new portrait of you, just contact media@wsl.ch.
• Your job function (orange box) is a standard text from the HR system. Feel free to overwrite it with a more pertinent description.
• Click on content (Inhalte, orange box) to add or edit further content in your personal homepage.
• Don't forget to click on SAVE

• Click on the tab Content (Inhalte) to edit or create new content (red box) 
• If you have much content, you may insert a table of contents (orange). It will automatically list all the titles with header layout H2.

The following two contents are generated automatically. If you have your own list of older publications, we suggest you add them as a PDF document underneath in order to insure a correct chronological order.

• Project list
  All projects in which you are involved are listed. If not, the assignment may be missing from the project document and you have to ask the person responsible for the project.
• Publikationsliste aus Dora
  As soon as the publication is recorded in the Dora repository, it appears on the Personal Homepage.

If you don't want to display something, you can delete single projects or delete Dora IDs.

The Personal Homepage is created automatically upon entry. The default language is German.

Write your content in English in the German page. Then change language in the language tab. There is no need to create copies in the same language.
